While I’m not currently offering consultation calls due to time constraints, I’ve made it easy to get in touch. If you scroll down this page, you’ll find two options:My calendar – where you can self-schedule a session.

No, at this time I only meet on Zoom for telehealth sessions.

This is a common and valid question. Many people are surprised to learn that research consistently shows telehealth can be just as effective as in-person therapy across a wide range of concerns. In fact, some clients feel more comfortable opening up from the privacy of their own home, which can deepen the work. And with the added flexibility and ease of access, telehealth often supports greater consistency—an important part of meaningful progress.

Yes, and I am happy to do this, but please be aware that insurance reimbursement varies significantly by plan. You are responsible for paying at the time of service, and my record system will email you a Superbill automatically once per month (by request only).

This is all about what works best for you! I generally meet with people once per week, but for others we meet bi-weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis.

When you schedule a session with me, you will be sent an email with a link to my client portal. When you click on the link there will be an option to submit your credit card information. Your credit card will be securely stored on file within my client portal and will be charged within 24 hours after a scheduled session.

$325 per hour long session.

Yes, at this time I am currently accepting new clients. My availability for sessions is Monday-Thursday: 9am-3:30pm, and Friday: 9am-12:30pm. Times are based on Eastern Standard Time.

You will receive a Zoom link, and will also receive an email from my Client Portal to review/sign my intake paperwork and submit credit card information. Please complete what is needed from the Client Portal at least two days before our scheduled appointment time. Email me at gayleweill@gmail.com if you have any other questions about this process. At our scheduled appointment time, click on the Zoom link that was emailed to you and I will look forward to meeting you! :)
