Online therapy for mothers who are carrying too much.

You can love your family and still feel anxious, angry, exhausted, or unlike yourself. Therapy gives you room to understand what keeps happening, why certain moments hit so hard, and what you can try next.

Adult autism evaluations

Wondering whether you may be autistic?

You may have spent years feeling that ordinary demands take more effort than other people realize. An online adult autism evaluation gives you a structured way to look at your history, current experiences, masking, sensory needs, and the questions that brought you here.

See how the evaluation works

You may be here because

You know something needs to change, even if you are not sure where to start.

There may be more than one thing going on. Therapy gives you space to slow down what keeps happening, understand it in context, and decide what to try next.

"

You hold it together all day, then lose patience at home.

"

You hear your own parent's words coming out of your mouth and want to respond differently.

"

Since becoming a mother, you feel more anxious, angry, disconnected, or unlike yourself.

"

You understand the pattern, but knowing where it came from has not helped you change it.

You do not need to relate to every example. What matters is what is happening for you, when it tends to show up, and what you have already tried.

What working with me is like

Therapy should be a two-way conversation.

Maybe you have been to therapy before and left with more awareness, but no clearer idea what to do next.

I listen closely, ask direct questions, and tell you what I am noticing. We look at what sets a pattern off, what keeps it going, and what you can practice between sessions.

  • You will have room to talk honestly about what is hard.
  • You can expect thoughtful questions and straightforward feedback.
  • We will connect what we discuss to situations you are dealing with now.

Adult autism evaluations

A structured way to understand the patterns you have lived with.

You may have spent years feeling that ordinary demands take more effort than other people realize. We look at your developmental history, current experiences, masking, sensory needs, relationships, and the questions that led you to seek an evaluation.

You will receive clear feedback about what I find. The answer may be straightforward or more complicated, and an evaluation does not promise a particular diagnosis. If you need documentation for a school, workplace, or another institution, confirm its requirements before relying on a report.

Start with what brought you here

We begin with what made you wonder, what you hope to understand, and how you may use the information.

02

Look at the fuller picture

We discuss your developmental history, sensory and social experiences, current patterns, and other explanations that may matter.

03

Talk through what the evaluation shows

I explain what I am seeing in plain language, including where the picture is clear and where it is more complicated.

04

Decide whether you need a written report

You can add an optional written report for $950. Confirm a third party's requirements before relying on it.

Before your first session

Questions you may have before booking.

What happens in a first therapy session?

We start with what brought you here and what you have already tried. I ask questions and share what I am noticing. Together, we decide where it makes sense to begin.

Will therapy be more than listening?

Yes. Listening carefully matters, but my style is active and collaborative. You can expect questions, feedback, brainstorming, and practical work between insight and action.

Do you offer a free consultation?

No. Your first appointment is a paid session at $325. A full session gives us enough time to understand what is bringing you in and whether the work feels like a fit.

Can I use my insurance?

I am primarily out of network and can provide a superbill. Limited therapy spots may be available through Alma for UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. Confirm your benefits with your insurer because reimbursement may be based on the plan's allowed amount rather than the full fee.

How much does an adult autism evaluation cost?

Most evaluations take two to five sessions at $325 per session. An optional written report is available for an additional $950.

Are sessions in person?
