How My Smoking Cessation Program Works

I combine clinical hypnosis with a structured withdrawal plan that gradually reduces your dependence, not through force or deprivation, but by retraining your brain and nervous system to let go of the urge to smoke.

Here’s what to expect:

  • You’ll follow a gentle, proven method that decreases cigarette use by five per week. This gradual approach prevents withdrawal shock while helping your mind and body adjust to being smoke-free. Each week, you’ll feel more in control as cravings fade naturally.

  • Each hypnosis session is tailored to your patterns, triggers, and motivation level. Through guided relaxation, I’ll help your subconscious detach from old associations and strengthen your identity as a non-smoker. You’ll stay fully aware — just deeply calm, focused, and open to change.

  •  You’ll have clear, easy-to-follow instructions to help change smoking routines — like when, where, and how you smoke. These small shifts are part of the method and help bring the behavior back into conscious awareness, which is key for long-term success.

Most clients complete their program in 9–10 sessions, and many begin noticing meaningful changes within the first few.

In our first meeting, I’ll take time to understand your smoking history, what has made quitting difficult, and your goals for success. From there, we’ll design a plan that fits your pace, personality, and readiness for change.

  • At your first session, we’ll begin your personalized hypnosis and gradual withdrawal plan.
