As Seen In

I’m a therapist who is also Orthodox, I understand what it means to live with community expectations, and balance tradition with individuality.

Cozy living room with beige sofa, cushions, and a blanket, illuminated by natural light from a window, with a white lamp and framed artwork on the wall.

Are you trying to hold together family, work, religion, community, but feel stretched thin?

Has anxiety, overwhelm, or self-doubt started to take over?

I understand the pressures of community, family, and tradition, without having to explain every detail or defend your choices.

Clients Come to Me When They

  • Feel anxious + on edge

  • Worry about being “good enough”

  • Struggle with parenting

  • Feel politically overwhelmed

  • Want more confidence

  • Need someone who “gets” their experience

When something has been too much for too long, you need a therapist who understands your world.

“the right time to start therapy is as soon as you’re thinking about it”

When we meet, you won’t have to translate culture or values.

We’ll start right where you are: within the context of your life, relationships, and religion.

You’ll have space to talk openly about what’s hard: the expectations, guilt, burnout, and uncertainty that can come with balancing family, religion, and identity.

Modalities I’ll Use With Clients

My therapy is collaborative and active.

We’ll question patterns, and shift how you respond to stress, relationships, and challenges.

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Helps identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts; supports practical coping skills and emotional balance.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy
Explores the deeper roots of your stress and relationships, helping you understand why certain patterns repeat.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy
Builds on what’s working to help you create small, meaningful changes that fit your life and values.

  • Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Strengthens connection and communication between parents and children, especially in high-stress homes.

Therapy with me is collaborative and active. We’ll talk, question patterns, and find practical ways to shift how you respond to stress, relationships, and challenges.

I’m an Orthodox Jewish therapist who understands the unique joys and challenges of living within a close-knit community. My approach is warm, honest, and nonjudgmental. We’ll talk openly about what’s really happening beneath the surface, with respect for your values and your voice.

I’ve been a therapist for over 12 years, supporting clients through anxiety, parenting challenges, adoption, and identity stress. I combine compassion with curiosity, helping you see patterns clearly and build real change.

Outside of work, I’m usually chasing my two toddlers, laughing with family, or sneaking in a quiet cup of coffee before the house wakes up.
