About Me
About Gayle Weill, LCSW
You know there’s something keeping you from your best life. I’m here to help you figure out what that “something” is.
Sessions with me usually look a lot more like a deep conversation than you simply talking. Talking can be very therapeutic (and I promise there will be lots of that!), but I’m someone who will really get in there and be dynamic with you. We’ll brainstorm, bat around ideas, and collaborate on how to help you reach your goals.

Therapy with a culturally aligned therapist
I work with people who want to quit old habits, overcome feelings of anxiety, kick parenting stress to the curb, navigate issues related to adoption, and learn how to communicate better with the people they love.
You may have spent a long time working through these things on your own: you’ve journaled, reflected, and tried to understand what’s going on under the surface. Now, you’re looking for someone who can help you go deeper, to provide the perspective and feedback you need to change your life and relationships. You don’t expect a magic wand, you want someone who will dig in with you.
That’s exactly what I’m here to do.
Outside of therapy, I’m usually running after my two toddlers or catching a quiet moment with coffee before the day starts. Like my clients, I’m always learning, growing, and working on balance.
If you’re ready to see what therapy could make possible for you, I’d be honored to connect.
