Therapy and Autism Evaluations for Adults in Gramercy and Flatiron

People in Gramercy and Flatiron often balance demanding careers with the intensity of life in New York City. Whether you live near the quiet residential blocks surrounding Gramercy Park or closer to the restaurants, offices, and energy around Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building, stress and emotional overwhelm can build quickly in such a fast-paced environment.

In my practice, I work with adults navigating anxiety, parenting stress, and major life transitions. I also provide adult autism evaluations for people who are wondering whether longstanding social, sensory, or communication differences may reflect autism. Many adults seek an evaluation after years of feeling different or struggling to understand their experiences.

I provide online therapy and autism evaluations for adults in Gramercy, Flatiron, and throughout Manhattan, making it easier to access support without needing to travel across the city. My practice is based in Midtown East, and I work virtually with clients across New York.
